It is either we find the client or the client will find us. All of our Headhunters already have the skills and all of the tools needed to go out there and solve our clients's problem. And if our client are maybe already aware about their recruitment problem and need some help, our Headhunters are more than happy to serve them.

2. Identify the Client's needs

After the client have finally agreed to use our services, there are some of paperwork that must be done. Once it is done, our Headhunters will meet the client to discuss more about their recruitment problem including the job requirements, responsibilities, number of vacancy and benefits.

3. Provide the best talent

Once the problem and all of the detail has been identified, our Headhunter will deliver according to the client's needs. The sourcing and interview process can be started to provide the best talents to join their organization.

4. Internal recruitment process

After the suitable talent has been interviewed, the talents will meet our client for an interview. In this part, the talents will join all of internal recruitment process in client's company including all of psychological tests, interviews and Medical Check Up.

5. Final result

Upon a successful selection by the client, the client will give us the interview result and prepare an offering to the talent. Upon an unsuccessful interview, our Headhunters will start to source for another talents.

7. Onboard

Once the talent has been offered and accept it, the talent are ready to onboard. the client will inform us about the detail offering package and joining date. If the talent has declined the offering or decided to resign in the first 3 months, the replacement will be given.
